The Sr. DevOps Engineering – Test role will work with the other functional product software development, systems engineering, and operations teams in the company to evolve and manage DevOps Engineering and practices in our hybrid cloud ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for the following items in our hybrid cloud ecosystem and other platform services to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment capabilities:

  1. Integration testing
  2. Build automation suites
  3. Set-up and manage CI/CD Pipelines
  4. Create and execute Performance and Scalability Testing
  5. Collaborate with the Security Team and execute Security Test cases as defined by the Security Team


This individual is expected to be able to own and drive the above through the development lifecycle and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with all technical and business stakeholders.


  • Develop CI/CD orchestration systems to reduce friction for software delivery to production.
  • Develop tools, frameworks, and instrumentation to validate and increase rollout success for applications.
  • Build Automation and integrate with the CI/CD pipeline
  • Build and execute Performance and Scalability Tests and integrate with the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Create documentation while educating others


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ yrs. of experience or equivalent skills with DevOps or CICD pipelines (Jenkins, Concourse, etc.)
  • 4+ yrs. of experience or equivalent skills with Automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Postman etc.
  • 4+ yrs. of experience working in a fast-paced Agile development environment
  • Strong experience with automating multiple systems following BDD and TDD approaches to Development.
  • Extensive experience with Atlassian Tool Stack. (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
  • Knowledge of one or more of SQL, Postgres, NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of source control with Git, and code hosts such as Github, Gitlab, etc.
  • Exposure to Linux systems administration experience or equivalent skills
  • Exposure to Security Testing and ability to execute OWASP based Testing.
  • Exposure to configuration management tools such as Ansible
  • Exposure to Amazon Web Services and OpenShift platform
  • Containerization with CRI-O or Docker, and related orchestration tools such as OpenShift, Kubernetes etc.
  • Exposure to the concept of “Operators” in CI/CD
