  • Overview


    The Payroll Analyst is responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for Omnitracs US and Canadian Offices. They will be tasked with verifying new hire information, process stop payments and adjustments, processing bonuses and commissions, and to ensure that computing, withholding and deductions are done correctly.  



    • Process bi-weekly multi- state payroll in US
    • Process bi-weekly payroll in Canada
    • Verify new hire information
    • Process Child Support and Garnishments
    • Ensure that computing, withholding and deductions are done correctly
    • Process manual checks for terminations and discrepancies
    • Process stop payments and adjustments
    • Calculate termination pay and any required adjustments to normal pay
    • Process bonuses and commissions


    • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits for W-2 reporting
    • Knowledge of wage and hours laws
    • FPC, CPP a plus
    • Knowledge in ADP and Workday a plus
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Strict confidentiality a must
