As a rapidly growing company, we rely heavily on FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) to drive business intelligence and outcomes. FP&A plays a key role in coordinating, rolling-up, and balancing initiatives across the company; to provide leadership with data-driven decision support.
The Financial Analyst will support the successful financial outcomes for key business areas and/or strategic initiatives by providing detailed, timely, and insightful analysis. The individual will be part of a team of analysts working cross-functionally in assuring accurate financial models and reporting used across the Organization in decision-making and understanding of trends. In addition, the analyst will support core FP&A activities such as annual planning, results analysis and forecasting.
The successful individual in this role will utilize their keen eye for detail and ability to reconcile and align multiple data sources to present well-structured and clear analysis and reporting for a senior audience to consume.
