SaaS Sr. Platform Product Manager – Business Services
-Business Services are the core services used by the Omnitracs solutions. Business Services includes Telematics, Routing, Locations, Loads, Fuel Receipts, Mapping, Workflow etc. Looking for a driver to help build out our future platform of Business Services in modern technology.
-Product Manage Platform Services in a SaaS development organization.
-Ability to create scalable and reusable services and components.
-Work with internal and external stakeholders to perform all product management responsibilities including but not limited to: Vision, Roadmapping, Requirement Gathering, necessary to build out the Business Services needed for platform and the applications consuming the platform.
-Work closely with architecture, engineering, QA and UX. Play the role of product owner on scrum team(s).
-Work closely with cross-functional teams on commercialization efforts when necessary including but not limited to pricing, marketing, legal, implementation, support etc.
-Ability to work organizationally on prioritization and dependency management
-Ability to work closely with internal Product Managers and Product Owners to understand application initiatives and business impact.
-Ability to balance tech debt with new innovation.
-Ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
-Ability to move a cost center to a revenue center utilizing PaaS.
-Understand lean agile delivery with a focus on continuous integration and continuous delivery.
-Must have 3-5 year experience of working in Platform build-outs
-Must have experience in dependency management from a Platform perspective
-Understand concepts of Reusable Services, Common Platform, PaaS, API’s, Components.
-Understanding of transportation industry is preferred but not required.
