Job Title: Agile Project Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Become familiar with, and tactically support, collaboration tools within Omnitracs best practices (Guild, Service Desk and Security)
  • Support collaboration tools administration, including tactical support and execution of custom projects, workflows, custom fields, dashboards and reports configurations.
  • Support minor and major upgrades and migrations (including communications), schedule and coordinate maintenance, and lead performance tuning/scaling in conjunction with the technical system administrator
  • Administration support of Jira add-ons, plugins, and extensions, in conjunction with Service Desk and technical system administrator, and in accordance with Omnitracs best practices
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders, including the collaboration tools guild, to support and execute administration tasks deemed a priority
  • Perform requirements gathering, business process workflows, and process improvement for the processes in place, identifying where functionality can/cannot meet user requests
  • Support the training for employees and new hires regarding how to use the tools, for new functionality, etc
  • Develop and compile training materials based on the department’s needs
  • Create, maintain and support dashboards and advanced filters for end users reporting capabilities
  • Be aware of, support and execute data stewardship and best practices
  • Create and maintain detailed user facing documentation, and partner with the technical systems administrator for technical documentation
  • Resolve issues as they arise with in coordination with technical systems administrator
  • Interact with existing vendors for support and troubleshooting, working with our Guild team and the technical systems administrator on necessary upgrades and communications with others on planned outages.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of project coordination, business analyst or scrum master experience
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and analytical skills
  • Basic familiarity with agile concepts and the role of toolsets in enabling agile behavior
  • Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement and working across a diverse set of stakeholders
