Lead Q/A Engineer

 Review software design specifications and provide meaningful feedback
 Create detailed, well-structured test plans and cases
 Estimate and coordinate testing activities
 Perform certification testing for USA and Canadian certification
 Participate our tier 2 support rotation and provide tier 2 support to the resellers
 Track bugs and our progress completing the certification tests
 Coordinate testing activities with other team members
 Work with the tier 1 and 2 support team as necessary
 Track quality metrics
 Investigate test cases when the software does not appear to meet specifications
 Perform ad hoc debugging and verify trouble tickets when resellers report issues
 Implement automated testing techniques as we introduce them to the team
 Willing to work late a few days per week to have overlap with offshore team
 Able to work extended hours during critical situations
 Comfortable in a (sometimes) high stress environment
