The Sales Enablement team provides the Global Commercial team with the information, content, and tools that help salespeople sell more effectively. The foundation of sales enablement is to provide salespeople with what they need to successfully engage the buyer throughout the buying process. In order to increase productivity and bookings growth. Specifically, the Sales Enablement team works to educate on product, process and technique prior to a sale, create content and curate customer stories as well as provide support for pre-sale RFPs, RFIs, Security Documents, Sales Proposals and Evaluations.
The Evaluation Specialist is responsible for all pre-sale project management and evaluation activities both remote and onsite to ensure a successful solution evaluation that results in a win for the organization by utilizing both criteria- and tutorial-based techniques to show savings/roi and ease of use.
The Evaluation Specialist will be required to work with customers and prospects to act as the overall project manager for all evaluations making sure that objectives are set, training & implementation is completed, hardware is obtained and installed, coordinate weekly meetings to connect with their salesperson, answer questions, provide/coordinate additional training and show where value aligns with goals and objectives. Project management is done both in Salesforce.com and through checklists. It is the responsibility of the Evaluation Specialist to ensure that all necessary tasks to complete an evaluation are completed in a timely fashion.
This position requires strong project management skills, may require some technical knowledge about Omnitracs’ products, and will require significant interaction with both internal resources and customers and prospects.
