The Contracts Administrator provides all contract related support for the Company’s domestic customers. Negotiates complex terms and conditions with prospective and existing customers. Works in conjunction with account managers and customer service representatives to secure new business and renew contracts with existing customer base. Participates on various business teams and takes on special projects as necessary.



  • Prepares and executes evaluation and production contracts for new customers, and renewal contracts and amendments for existing customers
  • Provides all contracts support to assigned business areas
  • Advises account teams on customer contract requirements and processes
  • Leads straightforward customer contract negotiations independently, and occasionally leads complex contract negotiations with support  
  • Modifies contract documents, and drafts unique terms and conditions, using both pre-written and custom drafting
  • In conjunction with other members of the Contracts team, captures and maintains accurate contracts data



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years prior experience in law office or legal department preferred
  • Familiarity with preferred
